DEL Property Management is one of Canada's largest condominium management companies, operating across the Greater Toronto Area for over 57 years and managing more than 90,000 homes. They needed a full website redesign, modernising a dated presence into something that matched their market leadership.

The Challenge
The client needed a site that felt premium and trustworthy to enterprise-level stakeholders (condo boards, developers, institutional clients), while also being manageable by their internal team without developer involvement for day-to-day content updates.
What I Built
- Delivered the entire project as the sole developer, from setup to production deployment.
- Implemented GSAP animations to create a polished, modern browsing experience appropriate for an enterprise brand.
- Integrated Prismic as a headless CMS, giving the client full control over blog posts, property listings, team pages, and service content without touching code.
- Built a multi-section site covering company history, services, community portfolio, board member resources, trade partner portals, and careers.
